The idea was to do one single task for a full days work shift making it the most productive day of my life. That task however, was to do absolutely nothing which also made it the least productive day of my life. the first 15 minutes were the hardest as well as the last 35 minutes. Between the hour of 4:00 - 5:00 I counted to 3600 to keep myself awake. By 6:00 the camera light started to look grey rather than green. Water was drank at the top of every hour and a lunch break taken from 12:00 - 12:30. I am not sure what to make of all this but exploring the idea that not doing anything might be more difficult than doing something, also I am not sure if i want to do this again. More than anything it was an excersice in seating. Having lived for 30 years I have realized i was never properly taught how to sit, let alone sitting from long periods of time.
